Resilience is the word everyone is talking about. What would your world be like if you had resilience?

Are you a person waiting……. waiting for things to change in your life. Just getting through each week, month, and year hoping for things to be different? But your work, relationships and personal life end up being the same old pattern. This can be soul destroying!

Let’s name a few difficult feelings that cause obstacles in our life: waves of sadness, regret, betrayal, anger, fear, depression, loss, hardships, embarrassment,  or being really hurt from unpleasant situations. These obstacles of feelings and emotions stop you moving forward to having an extraordinary life.

Unhelpful negative memories and feelings that keep resurfacing or going around and around for example – a feeling of being alone, abandoned, lacking confidence, unhappy, anxious or being moody – can be a measure of your ‘Emotional Fitness’.

This is where as a Havening Techniques Practitioner I work with you to identify the real root cause and apply Havening Techniques to assist you to let go of that which you don’t want and help you consciously and deliberately create more of what you do want.

Removing those obstacles to build and bring new opportunities, dreams and happiness, joy, peace and self-management into reality. Some would call this building ‘resilience’.

The Havening Techniques are powerful tools and methods including Havening Touch®. This touch generates delta waves in the brain designed to alter the landscape by de-linking those unhelpful emotions in the amygdala part of the brain to de-traumatize the memory which alters thought, mood and behaviour and hence creates new outcomes.
