Professional Coaching

Corporate/Professional coaching is all about people, people, people. You may be a new manager or already familiar with leading teams. Being able to integrate the vision, set the direction, install the values to bring out the best in your people to achieve results – brings its own challenges.

I call this ‘talk the talk and walk the talk’. Building your team through authentic leadership, coaching, storytelling, attitude – the little thing that makes the BIG difference. Providing constructive feedback that adds value, strong decision making that has structure, to support planning, priorities and achieve those all important business outputs.  Let’s not forget the people skills. People problems are the most challenging to overcome. Are you one that hides their head when conflict occurs, or sent emails, hoping it will go away?  To be your authentic self- being the Real You, takes courage, confidence, strong communication skills, to have those courageous conversations when talking up levels or to peers, and handling staff poor performance issues. Public speaking and presentations, delivering those all important messages, can be the most stressful of all.

My approach
I work with you in confidence, building trust and respect. Together we will analyse your values, core competencies, identify strengths and over strengths (because these can get in the way), areas that challenge you and any blockages. This will highlight development opportunities. I encourage doing personality profiling – for a snap shot of self awareness, which is useful for behaviour, communication, decision making, working with others, etc. Then design a coaching programme to your specific needs.  Incorporating alignment of your multiple intelligences (Head/Heart/Gut), emotional intelligence, journaling and self work. Building a strong and confident you to overcome anything the workplace throws at you.
